What happens if I arrive late for my VIP experience or package?

To ensure you have the best VIP experience possible, we recommend arriving at the scheduled check-in time mentioned in your confirmation email. Arriving on time helps you enjoy all the planned exciting activities, and we wouldn’t want you to miss anything! Plus, VIP merchandise is handed out during check-in, so arriving late might mean losing out on those goodies. Please note that some experiences, such as a Backstage Tour or Meet & Greet have highly restrictive timings. If you do not check-in before the cut off time given in your information mailer for these experiences, you will miss out on elements of your experience.
