Where is the VIP check-in on the day of the show?

You’ll receive an email from SUPER 3 to 5 days before your show containing all the exciting details you need for VIP check-in, including the exact location of our onsite VIP staff. If you don’t spot the email by then, check your spam or junk folder, as sometimes our emails hide there.

If you are onsite at the show and cannot find it, be sure to send a text message to the Hotline (phone number shown at the bottom of your information email) to get instructions.
