What time does VIP check in end close? What if I am late?

VIP check-in times can vary by venue, but usually, check-in wraps up when the main act goes on stage. If you think you might be running late, please shoot a text to the VIP Day-Of-Show Hotline found in your pre-show email. The onsite team would love to help you out!

A couple of friendly reminders:

• You can only grab your VIP merchandise during the designated check-in window, so try to arrive on time—otherwise, you might miss out on some goodies!
• If you're picking up tickets from the box office, please keep in mind that most venues close their box offices right at showtime.
