When will I receive my VIP information?

3 to 5 days before your show day! This email will include important information like arrival times, check-in location, and other important event details.

If you are attending a show in North America or Australia, the email will come from vip@superfan.live. If you are attending in Europe or the UK, it will be sent to your email via the venue box office.

Just a quick reminder: we’ll send this information to the email address provided when the VIP package was purchased. All VIP communications (whether by email, text, or mail, if applicable) will be sent to the contact details included in the original order.
