Where do I pick up my VIP Package inclusions, such as merchandise or vouchers?

Unless otherwise noted in your confirmation email, your VIP merchandise or vouchers will be ready for pickup at the VIP check-in on show day. Once we verify your identity, our friendly team will ensure you receive your entire package.
