Is a concert ticket included in the VIP package?

In most cases, yes, VIP Packages usually include a concert ticket.

The only exception is when your package is labeled as an UPGRADE Package. 

These are VIP experiences only (like early entry, merch, or a photo op), and do not include entry to the concert.

TIP: To double-check, refer to your confirmation email or the concerts VIP page. The package name will indicate if it’s an upgrade.
