What if someone else bought the ticket for me?

All VIP Packages are issued under the name of the original purchaser.


If someone else is attending on your behalf, they may still be allowed entry, but they might experience delays at VIP Check-In without the proper materials.


To help avoid issues, please follow these steps:


  1. Make sure your guest has access to the tickets in the official ticketing app (e.g. Ticketmaster), using your login if necessary. Screenshots may not be accepted.


  2. Send your guest a copy of your photo ID and the confirmation email so our team can verify their attendance.


  3. Only the original purchaser can forward all necessary info to the attending guest. This includes check-in timing, location, and event instructions. SUPER is not able to resend details to transferred guests.
