I would like to transfer my package

All VIP Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

However, we understand that sometimes the original ticket purchaser can’t attend. 

While the name on the package cannot be changed, the guest may still be allowed entry as long as they bring the right materials.

If you are sending someone in your place, please ensure they:

  1. Have access to the event ticket in the ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster). Screenshots may not be accepted.
  2. Bring a copy of your photo ID to check-in.
  3. Bring a copy of the VIP confirmation email, showing the package details.

The original purchaser is responsible for forwarding all relevant information to the attending guest. 

SUPER is unable to resend event details to transferred guests.
