What are my merchandise items and when can I get them?

You can find a list of the merchandise items included in your VIP package at the time of purchase and in your welcome email.

Depending on the concert and your specific package, merchandise will either be:

• Shipped to your home

or

• Available for pick-up at the venue, usually at VIP check-in or a designated merch booth.

This information will be listed in your purchase confirmation and in the pre-event details sent before your show.

NOTE: If your package includes on-site pickup and you’re unable to collect your items at the event, we unfortunately cannot ship unclaimed merchandise after the show.
